Video: Smuggled Luxury Vehicles Destroyed By Philippine Authorities

Definitely not a pretty sight for car petrolheads; Philippine officials ordered the destruction of 18 luxury vehicles that were imported to the country illegally in order to “send a message”, as the country’s President, Gloria Macapagal Arroyo noted. Among the cars destructed were a Lincoln Navigator, three BMW X5’s and a Mitsubishi 3000GT. However, as reported, fourteen other smuggled cars, including a Porsche, a Ferrari and a Lamborghini did not have the same fate due to “legal hurdles”.
