There are Waterfalls at various levels on Mars.
If frozen water or liquid, cannot be differentiate. But its water on natural surfaces and falls into lower levels, where it continues its course to meet again trapped or frozen in small waterfalls.

The falls, I see in the picture above, are very close to the falls in Foz de Iguazu in Brazil.
